Here’s your permission to stop. To come home to yourself. To refill in the most sacred way: slowly, tenderly, and most importantly with deep devotion.

💫 The Ritual: “Let It All Go” 💫

a gentle 6-step unwind when you’re physically, emotionally, or spiritually tapped out

  1. Dim the World Down 🕯️

Light a candle. Shut the door. Let silence be your sanctuary. Put your phone on DND. You deserve uninterrupted peace.

2. Cleansing Water Medicine 🛁

Take a warm shower or bath and let the water wash away the energy you no longer want to carry.

🧴 User calming scents like eucalyptus, lavender or rose.

🕊️ Repeat softly:

“I release what doesn’t belong to me. I return to my body. I return to peace.

3. Sip Something Sacred ☕️

A warm cup of chamomile tea. A golden milk latte. Almond milk with cinnamon. Sip it slowly, as if your healing lives in every drop.

4. Journal or Just Breathe 📝

If words want to flow, let them. Try these prompts:

  • What do I need more of right now?

  • What am I ready to release?

  • What does “rest” look like for me?

Or simply breathe:

Inhale 4 - Hold 4 - Exhale 6 (five slow rounds)

Let your nervous system know: I’m safe here.

As you oil or lotion your body, speak life into it

“This body holds me. This heart grounds me. This night heals me.”
