🎧 The Sacred Chaos of Back - to - School 🎧

✨ From drop off-tears to first day of school confessions, we talk about the swirl of emotions that come with the start of a new school year. We reminisce on past years and the nostalgia of it being our “last year” of back to school before our youngest daughter leaves for college! 🥺 We share stories of forgotten shoes, lunch bag notes and that shift in the household rhythm when summer comes to an end and the backpacks return to the hallway. ✨

☕️ Soulful Morning Brew ☕️

  • Heat oat milk with a pinch of cinnamon + cardamom

  • Add espresso or tea

  • Breathe deep and repeat: “I am present. I am patient. I am enough.”

💌 Kell’s Final Thought 💌

Maybe the backpacks aren’t the only things getting heavier this season.

Maybe we’re all carrying something…an old story, a hope, a fear we haven’t named yet.

But here’s the grace: you don’t have to carry it alone.

This year hits different for me.

It’s my last back - to -school season…my baby girl is a senior.

The final “first day.”

The last round of calendar reminders, school pictures, and have a beautiful day hugs before she steps into her next chapter.

and man…i’m feeling it.

So whether you’re braiding hair in the early morning, squashing sibling beef and early morning arguments, wiping tears at drop, off or sitting in a quite room after the door closes..

Let that moment be sacred. Let it be enough.

You’re not just raising a child.

You’re tending to a soul.

And yous matter too 💛

So breath deep, mama…or papa…or both

Love hard.

And remember… just because they’re growing up doesn’t mean you’re loosing them.

You’re loving them forward.

(This is my reminder too)
